OF COURSE YOU DO - everyone always has 

at least five minutes to spare.

What if we asked for 5 minutes every morning from students & teachers

at ISD? 

Five minutes for a WEEK? 

Five minutes for a MONTH?

Five minutes for a YEAR?

Mmm.

What do you think?

Could we change the way things are done at ISD?

Make people more environmentally friendly?

Bring awareness to the waste we create?

And the GOOD things we can do to help make less of an impact?

Mmm.

ISD Sustainability Charter

Does this look familiar? Have you read it recently?

The ISD Sustainability Charter above has been hanging in our Secondary Well for several years now. (Does anyone know exactly how long?) Have a read and you'll notice that the issues we are working on TODAY are still the same as they were YEARS AGO! Question to consider: Is the ISD community sincerely committed to sustainability or are we just paying lip service to the issue?
